Description: The Virginia Renewable Energy Development Atlas (VREDA) is planning-level spatial data locating the Commonwealth's renewable energy permit areas. The dataset contains boundaries for renewable energy permits authorized by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC). Permit boundaries contain all actively permitted renewable energy permit areas, including facilities that have not been constructed and facilities that have not commenced commercial operation. Dataset updated continually.
